Programs

Elmhurst Aquatics is an all-encompassing aquatics program offering all three IHSA aquatics sports - swimming, diving, and water polo.

SWIMMING

EA has a fall/winter swim season (referred to as the "short course" season, where swimmers swim 25-yard lengths) and a spring/summer swim season (referred to as the "long course" season, where swimmers swim 25-yard lengths at home but travel to meets where they swim 50-meter lengths).

New member evaluations will be held in July and August for our Fall/Winter Season, and in February and March for our Spring/Summer Season.

All NEW athletes must complete an evaluation before registration. Evaluations will place athletes in an Elmhurst Aquatics practice group based on their age, ability, and the openings we have in our program. If we feel an athlete should require some additional lessons before joining a competitive swim team, we will make that recommendation. We make that recommendation in the best interest of our future swimmers and their long-term swimming success.

WATER POLO

We are proud to offer Splashball, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U competitive teams. EA also created Water Polo Tournament Travel Teams that have traveled to Olympic Development Junior Olympics Tournaments as opportunities become available. No experience is needed to begin our Water Polo teams. Athletes must be strong, independent swimmers and safe in deep water.

DIVING

We are proud to offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced springboard diving. No experience is required to take beginner lessons. Athletes must be strong, independent swimmers and safe in deep water.

We are currently not offering a Dive session.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Julie about Swimming and Coach Drumm about Water Polo.
